In case of remote customer contact via phone or chat support, there is often a need to sign micro agreements or powers of attorney. Our service TeleSign solves this.
The agent initiates the signature process and asks the customer to open their BankID. The customer sees the text and signs directly in their BankID app.
No integration or development is required as the service is fully web-based.
The service includes a certificate so that your company’s name appears in the display when the customers identify themselves with BankID.
1. The agent initiates a signature over the phone via TeleSign and asks the customer to open their BankID.
2. The customer opens their BankID and signs the agreement that is directly displayed in the app.
3. When signing is complete, the result is shown directly on the agent’s screen.
