1. Introduction
1.1 These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you visit our websites and when IDkollen i Sverige AB provides Services regarding identification via web or app under the brands IDkollen and Identisure (the “Services” or “Our Services”).
1.2 The websites www.idkollen.se and www.identisure.com (including local domains such as .no, .dk, .fi), as well as the applications IDkollen and Identisure, are operated by: IDkollen i Sverige AB Box 55693 102 15 Stockholm info@idkollen.se
1.3 To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and otherwise authorized to enter into agreements and accept to be bound by the Terms.
1.4 By using IDkollen, Identisure, or any of our other products or Services linked to these terms, you accept the Terms.
2. The Services
2.1 IDkollen (via its brands IDkollen and Identisure) offers private individuals the opportunity, within the framework of Our Services, to identify other private individuals, for example in connection with a purchase or signing of an agreement. The ability to use Our Services is provided by IDkollen through mobile applications (branded as IDkollen or Identisure) and via the websites.
2.2 Identification via the Services is performed through third-party electronic identification solutions (“e-IDs”) supported by the platform, such as Swedish BankID, Norwegian BankID, Danish MitID, Finnish FTN, Vipps/MobilePay, Freja eID, and similar services.
2.3 These e-IDs are electronic identification solutions that enable companies, private individuals, banks, organizations, and authorities to both identify and enter into agreements with private individuals on the Internet. An e-ID is generally comparable to a passport, driver’s license, and other physical identification documents. Users obtain their e-ID through their respective bank or issuer. The e-ID has the same value regardless of which issuer provided it.
2.4 When you order or otherwise through the Services request or facilitate the execution of an identification of a private individual through the Services, you commission IDkollen to initiate a verification request via the relevant e-ID provider on your behalf.
2.5 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the login details and the information you provide through the Services. You are also responsible for all use of the Services and for ensuring that your login details are protected against unauthorized access. IDkollen therefore accepts no responsibility for your use of the information you provide through the Services.
2.6 IDkollen may in the future offer new solutions as part of Our Services. These solutions may be subject to special terms. If you as a user wish to activate these solutions, you must, where applicable, approve the special terms that apply to the respective solution.
2.7 IDkollen and its partners may direct offers to users via Our Services, by email, or otherwise. By creating an account with IDkollen/Identisure, you agree that IDkollen and its partners may direct offers to you. However, we value your integrity. If you no longer wish to receive directed offers, you can unsubscribe (opt-out) at any time by notifying IDkollen in writing or using the link provided in our emails. 3. Registration for use of the services
3.1 If you wish to perform an ID check, you must first register a user account (“Account”) on our website. To register, you need to provide your name, your address, and email address, and possibly other personal information. If you want more information regarding what data is collected, please read our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Once you have registered for Our Services, you will be asked to create a username and a password for your Account. You must keep the password secret and immediately contact us if the password falls into the wrong hands, or if someone uses your email address or your Account without permission, or if you become aware of any other security issue.
3.3 You must be registered for Our Services with a valid personal email address that you use regularly. The reason for this is so that we can communicate with you regarding your use of the Services. An Account created with someone else’s email address or with a temporary email address may be closed without prior notice. We may require you to validate your Account upon registration if we suspect that an incorrect email address has been used.
4. Availability, Security, and Accuracy of the Services
4.1 Although we strive to constantly have our website and Our Services available, we cannot be held responsible in the event that the website or the Services for any reason should not be available. We can therefore not guarantee that your access to the website and the Services will be uninterrupted and without errors. Furthermore, we may from time to time be forced to carry out repairs and maintenance of the website or the Services which may affect their availability and functionality. IDkollen expressly disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage, financial losses, loss of data, or other consequences that may arise due to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
4.2 Access to the Services may be suspended for you personally as well as for all other users, temporarily or permanently. Since the basic service is provided free of charge, IDkollen reserves the right to suspend access or impose restrictions on how any part of the Services is used without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, or for operational security reasons.
5. Protection of Your Personal Data

We encourage you to read this policy carefully because, by using the Services, you agree that IDkollen collects, uses, and shares your information in accordance with said terms.
6. Respect for the Rights of Others
IDkollen delivers a Service that has fundamentally been created to increase the feeling of security during online identification. Since security is one of our watchwords, we also want all our users to feel secure when they use Our Services. Therefore, you may not use the Services in a way that:

Violates or infringes someone else’s right to publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.

Is fraudulent, criminal, or illegal.

May be obscene, inappropriate, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, insulting, derogatory, harmful, harassing, frightening, annoying, mean, or threatening.

Impersonates another person or misrepresents a relationship with another person.

Involves the use, distribution, or transmission of viruses or similar that are intended to damage, interfere with, hinder, or take over systems, data, or personal information.
7. Respect for IDkollen
Since we do our utmost to respect you and all other users of Our Services, we would be grateful if you also respect IDkollen’s rights (including rights related to the Identisure brand). By accepting the Terms, you thereby guarantee that you will not:

Use trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, instructional videos, or other material used in Our Services.

Copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, transmit, perform, display, make available, or otherwise use any part of the Services or the content of the Services beyond what is stated in the Terms.

Use the Services, any tools provided by the Services, or any content in the Services for any commercial purpose for which written consent from IDkollen is lacking.
8. Links to Third-Party Websites
We accept no responsibility for the content on any page to which we link, either on our website or via the Services. For more information on how these websites handle your use and your personal data, we recommend that you carefully read through their own terms of use and privacy policies.
9. Liability
9.1 IDkollen has the right to suspend a user and terminate their account at any time if the user violates the Terms or otherwise uses the Services in a way that may cause IDkollen or a third party harm.
9.2 IDkollen intends for all information in the Services to be correct and as up-to-date as possible. However, IDkollen cannot guarantee the availability of the Services or the reliability or correctness of the information presented in the Services. IDkollen cannot be held liable if the Services are down or if any information or functionality does not work as expected.
9.3 IDkollen shall have no liability for any financial or other decisions you take based on the use of the Services or for Services or goods you choose to purchase from other users of the Services, independent third parties, or IDkollen’s partners. IDkollen shall also not be held liable for direct or indirect losses or consequential losses, regarding, but not limited to, i.a.:

10. Changes to Terms
IDkollen has the right to modify the Services, amend the Terms, or cease providing the Services at any time. IDkollen shall notify the user with reasonable notice upon changes to the Terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with IDkollen before the amended Terms enter into force.
11. Termination of Account
You can terminate your account and your use of the Services at any time by selecting “Delete account” or corresponding function in the Services or by contacting IDkollen in another way. The personal data stored about you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Other
12.1 IDkollen has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. The possibility to transfer rights and obligations is not granted to the users of the Services. Furthermore, IDkollen has the right to engage subcontractors for the fulfillment of its obligations.
12.2 Disputes arising from the Terms or your use of the Services shall be settled in a Swedish court and according to Swedish law.
